Accident Benefit

Benefits up to the Maximum Amount Per Year shown in the Benefits Table, after the Annual Deductible has been met. The benefit amount is for accidents only and medical charges must be incurred within 90 days following an accident.
Injuries to the driver are not covered while the driver is under dispatch. Also, injuries to a covered family member are not covered while traveling with the driver when the driver is under dispatch.
