Term Life Insurance

In the event of your death while covered under the Plan, your beneficiary is elibible to receive the amount shown in the Benefits Table. In the event of a covered dependent spouse's death, you will receive the Insured Spouse Amount shown in the Benefits Table. In the event of a covered dependent child's death, you will receive the Insured Child Amount shown in the Benefits Table.
