Ralph Weber, the founder, President, and CEO, earned his REBC (Registered Employee Benefit Consultant) designation in 1999 and CFP (Certified Financial Planner) in 2004. As an REBC Ralph is one of only 1,250 in the US and 76 in Canada with similar credentials. REBC is the highest designation available in the employee benefits field.
